From start to finish we offer ‘Quality Assurance’ with each and every clean. When a customer contacts Pink Lady for a quote, we ask them a few pertinent questions and then send our master cleaning check list to match their property.

This cleaning check list details every task to be carried out on that property. The customer tweaks the master list to include their particular preferences for their property. We work from this list on the day of the clean.

On the day of the clean, we bring all our own cleaning products and equipment including our industrial steam cleaner used in Bathrooms / En suites and throughout the property to ensure the highest possible standard of cleaning. This allows our customers to enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing their property is in the hands of trusted professionals.
